Science End-of-Grade Test (EOG)
Students in fifth grade are required to take an End-of-Grade test in Science. These standards are linked here (scroll to fifth grade). The unpacking document linked is a more in depth explanation of the standards. This document includes sample questions with clarification on the standard expectations. The unpacking document for fifth grade science is linked here. The standards and unpacking documents can be used to better understand what students are expected to know by the end of grade assessment.
